1. Eligibility and Age Requirements
PurpleBunny is designed for general audiences but is not directed to children under 13 for independent sign-up.

- If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
When PurpleBunny is used by schools or educators with students, it operates under the "school official" exception of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). In those cases, the school provides any required consent on behalf of its students, and we process student information solely to provide educational functionality, not for any advertising, profiling, or unrelated purpose.
2. Use of the Service
PurpleBunny enables voice-based interactions with AI-powered agents for learning, coaching, and personal growth. You are responsible for your conduct and for ensuring that any content you submit, say, or upload complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.
3. Voice Interactions and Data Handling
- When you use voice features, your audio input may be temporarily recorded and processed for transcription and response generation.
- We do not store, sell, or share these recordings for advertising, profiling, or model training.
If a feature requires audio storage, we will clearly notify you and provide an opt-out.
All processing follows our Privacy Policy.
4. Account Registration
Certain features may require you to register an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information;
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials; and
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Examples of prohibited behavior include:
- Using PurpleBunny for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the platform;
- Uploading or transmitting content that is harassing, discriminatory, or obscene;

7. Educational and Non-Commercial Use
PurpleBunny may be used in educational settings.
When accessed through a school-issued Google Workspace for Education account or under a school's authorization:
- We act as a school official under FERPA and a compliant operator under COPPA.
- We process data only to provide the educational service and never for advertising or unrelated purposes.
- Schools may request access, correction, or deletion of student data at any time by contacting service@purplebunny.ai.
We do not sell, rent, or share any personal data for advertising or commercial purposes.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
We make no warranties, express or implied, about:
- The reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service; or
- Its fitness for any particular purpose.
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PurpleBunny.ai and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for use of the Service in the past twelve months.
